- Do you offer direct billing to insurance providers?
- Yes. We provide direct billing for most major commercial insurance plans, making your experience seamless and administrative-free.
- What conditions do you specialize in treating?
- We specialize in pain relief, stress recovery, and women’s wellness. Our treatments effectively address back pain, sciatica, muscle knots, tech-neck, anxiety, hormonal balance, sleep issues, and chronic fatigue.
- What treatment techniques do you use?
- We offer personalized, evidence-based care including acupuncture, Tui Na massage, cupping, and Guasha, all delivered by a BC-registered TCM practitioner with over 20 years of experience.
- Are your treatments suitable for tech professionals?
- Absolutely. We offer targeted sessions for tech professionals, including 45-minute acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief to address tension headaches, neck stiffness, and eye strain.
- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes, appointments are required. You can easily book your session through our “Book Now” Button or by calling us at (236) 788-1777.
- What are your clinic hours?
- We are open Monday and Thursday (10 AM – 7 PM), Tuesday and Friday (10 AM – 6 PM), and Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM). We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Call if you want to book a session outside of the regular hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept debit cards, major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, Alipay and Wechat Pay.
- What should I expect during my first visit?
- We recommend our 15-minute Consultation & Care Assessment to design your custom TCM roadmap, or our 60-minute Initial Acupuncture Consultation & Treatment for a comprehensive start to your wellness journey.
